THE MONSTERS IN SNOW WHITE/ LES MONSTRES DE BLANCHE NEIGE

 

 

 I created the monsters in "Snow White" from real monsters I met in real life.
Astrid's Uncle and Aunt that my first readers told me about from a toxic family...That my subconscious wants to be free of.
King Mortem's dark wizard...And King Phillip from men using their power to subdue and abuse women (Harvey Weinstein comes to mind)...Ogres living among us. These men these women dare not denounce for fear of losing everything, not to mention those who know but look the other way for the love of money and power brought by the ogre they married.
The silent accomplices who are perhaps the worst monsters.
The monsters that gravitate to the ogres in their hell.

J'ai créé les monstres dans "Blanche neige"à partir de vrais monstres que j'ai croisés dans la vraie vie.
L'oncle et la Tante d'Astrid dont mes premiers lecteurs m'ont parlé à partir d'une famille toxique...Dont mon subconscient veut se libérer.
Le sorcier noir du roi Mortem...Et le roi Phillip à partir d'hommes utilisant leur pouvoir pour soumettre et abuser des femmes (il me vient Harvey Weinstein à l'esprit)...Des ogres vivant parmi nous. Ces hommes qu'elles n'osent pas dénoncer de peur de tout perdre, sans oublier celles qui savent mais regardent ailleurs par amour de l'argent et du pouvoir apporté par l'ogre qu'elles ont épousé.
Les complices silencieuses qui sont peut-être les pires monstres.
Les monstres qui gravitent autour des ogres dans leur enfer.
