YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS

For those who are asking...I haven't been using my former yahoo email address for months...
This email was filled with harassing messages from people who should seriously consider seeing a psychiatrist, spams and all sorts of things.

I've been using a new email address since the summer of 2014, but this email won't be displayed online, and only those I really trust in have been informed of this new way to get in touch with me.

Just wanted to inform those who would feel like sending offensive messages or write me around 10 times a day, that I'll take a great pleasure in posting your emails alongside your email address and your name online.
Consider yourself warned!

FUTURE...

Writing about world war II resistance is part of my upcoming projects. I'm also working on a treatment for a fantasy film and I have a thriller in mind. I'll also start work on the treatment for an upcoming biopic this summer.

Hugh Jackman Confirms ‘Wolverine’ Sequel Will Be His Last

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COMPLIMENT for a female screenwriter like myself

Just received this in my mail box...

I look forward to seeing "Miss Clark" and "The Adventurer" come to fuition.
As I have no doubt  you're aware, we desperately need more female protagonists
(that aren't focused solely on marrying a guy). I have a feeling your work will
 contribute to that need.

FIFTY SHADES OF GREY-FILM

Image
I went to see "FIFTY SHADES OF GREY" and actually really liked it. I don't get all the terrible reviews on the film, considering the many very, very bad movies I'm seeing at the moment.

It was an enjoyable romantic film, with no gratuitous sex  scenes. I wouldn't label it an erotic film but more a drama/romance.

I loved the fact that the film was primarily centering on the two characters relationship, creating a ardent  face to face, and since I sincerely think that  movies lake great love stories nowadays, it was very agreeable to watch.

RE: WORKING UNPAID...

Pretty much the same advice as mine: DON'T!!!
Please dear fellow screenwriters, even if you are young, inexperienced and flattered when a so called producer asks you to work for them, don't do it when it's an unpaid job.
Only work on your own spec screenplays that's how you'll get experience and become self-confident enough to turn down crooks offers. Don't forget that  you will spend months of your life writing a script, it's time and energy, now consider this: Do you want to a respected artist, or a slave?

It's up to you...

AN ADVICE FROM JOHN AUGUST: RE: WHEN IS IT OKAY TO WRITE FOR FREE

Any work you’re not getting paid for should be yours and yours alone. That’s why aspiring screenwriters write spec scripts. That’s what you should focus on writing.
Most of what you write should be for yourself or people who can pay you in money, not experience.

John August

SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY

To those who are sending Jordan deferred payments offers  and unpaid screenwriting jobs proposals,   your requests will be simply deleted and unreplied.
Jordan only accepts to work with those respecting her and her work, therefore, she considers asking her to work for free,  knowing how time consuming writing a good script can be, as disrespectful towards her and her work.
If you are trying to  hire an unprofessional  screenwriter you can find many naïve wannabe screenwriters through the internet, even if we sincerely hope they will be smart enough to brush you off, as all screenwriting work, even a first one deserves to be rewarded
Jordan has been through all this a while ago, and only considers serious offers now.
Once again, you are free to hire amateurs but as the old saying goes: « YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR ».
So good luck.
