Some very good advice in this articles. I've just finished the first draft of a script for a production company. I usually spend one month on a first draft, then forget about the script for a few days, go back to it with a pair of fresh eyes, then start rewriting it which is for me the more important of all writing phases...


Also when working on a first draft I only write a scene ending and all dialog first, then fill in the action sections later...
